    Bright cherry red colour. Ample bouquet full of subtle elegant oak and ripe red fruits: red cherry jam, coffee and spices. An intense, well balanced palate, with a rich expression of ripe fruit, with sweet toasty notes, (coffee and chocolate), and a subtle finish that is long with good tannin and finesse. Recommended with all red meats and cured ham, as well as grilled fish and dishes with rich sauces. red wine
