    Colour: Golden Brown. Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Rich sherry aromas with hints of treacle and a little menthol. Rounded but quite closed. Palate: Rich, sweet flavours - sherry, spices earthy/eucalyptus, some menthol and a touch of peat smoke. With Water: Nose: Sherry with mulled fruits, sweet chocolate notes also present. Some spices and nutty aromas add to the balance. Palate: Smoky notes more evident with menthol/eucalyptus flavours also present. Sherry and fruitcake flavours linger in the background. Body: Rich and mellow. Finish: Sherry with a hint of peat smoke. Cask type: First Fill and Refill Sherry Hogsheads. Style: Full flavoured - a cigar malt. scottish whisky
