    This fine dark chocolate bar is created with the very rare Porcelana bean, the genetically purest of Criollo cocoa grown exclusively to the south of Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela. This full flavoured chocolate bar holds a wide variety of flavours including initial fruits (we even have cider as a tasting note), spices, tobacco and roasted nuts. A very satisfying dark chocolate with a beautiful finish and lingering aftertaste.

A fine dark chocolate bar created using Ocumare, a Criollo cocoa grown in a village of the same name found on the coast of Aragua, Venezuela. The village is run as a cooperative and farmers carefully retain the spicy nature of the Ocumare cocoa with slow conching. This chocolate provides notes of pepper, caramel, nutmeg with an acidulous top edge whilst retaining a bitter undercurrent.
