Teflon Select uses PTFE combined with PAI and Epoxy Resins, and has a maximum temperature resistance between 260C and 288C.
The bowl is made from AISI 304 Stainless Steel which is 0.6mm thick prior to coating
The handle is made from compression moulded phenolic, which is heat resistant and stays cool.
