    There aren't many winemakers who could blend Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Weisser Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Morio Muscat together to create a deliciously refreshing wine with such an 'edge' but Bruce Jack manages it. On the nose the wine jumps out of the glass with aromas of lime zest, fresh thyme and melon with a hint of cloves, nutmeg and wild mushroom. The wine seduces your palette with a texture of creamy honey, but the flavours are taut citrus fruit framed by a suggestion of toasty vanilla oak. An extraordinarily dynamic and satisfying mouthful!
