    Noon Gun is made up of a staggering blend of different great varieties. All the varieties are fermented separately and must be able to stand alone as an individual, high quality wine before being considered for the blend. The result is a multidimensional wine showing honeydew melon, orange peel and cinnamon on the nose. With sweet fruit on the creamy palate which leads into a zesty crisp lingering finish. It is a wonderfully complex wine which is a true testament to Flagstone's experimental style paying off!
