Pale gold in colour with a fine mousse. This wine is rich and aromatic on the nose. On the palate, it is well balanced and shows great finesse and complexity. Ideal as an aperitif, Champagne Ayala Brut can also match a whole meal. It will pair perfectly with seafood, scallops, lobster, crab, fresh or grilled fish, fish terrines, salmon or beef carpaccio. Sushis and Asian food are also a good pairing. Cheeses : Soft and blue cheeses: Boursault, Coulommiers, Chaource, brie, Brillat-Savarin.
