Wonderful chocolate with characteristic bitter notes expected of a chocolate with this purity carring an ever so slightly astringent, but cleansing feel to the palette. Fruity notes are also there with almost a hint of Blackcurrant making it a very delicious chocolate indeed and a Worthy Silver Medal Winner in the 2006 Chocolate Academy awards.
