Their caviar has full CITES certification which makes it 100% legal and it is also fresh stock (other suppliers may still be supplying old stock from 2006 and 2007).

Fresh truffles are delivered to London Fine Foods Group direct from Italy and France on a weekly basis during the truffle season. If placed into an air tight jar on tissue, they should last for at least one week when refrigerated.
